Monarch Title is dedicated to participating in the welfare of our local community as well as our global environment. We realize the impact of carbon footprints on the environment and are continually designing programs which promote a green initiative and take proactive steps to "reduce, reuse, recycle and replant."

Reducing and recycling is a great start but it is not enough. The title industry relies heavily on paper and although we have made great strides to offer paperless options, Monarch Title is committed to doing more. Not only are we using soy inks and post consumer recycled paper, but have looked at the combined paper usage of all of our offices and will replant the same number trees we use annually. (Each tree provides approximately 8,333 sheets of paper). We are working in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. These trees will be planted locally, nationally in areas hit hardest by fires, and in the world's rainforests.
