Jerry Boutcher

Since entering the real estate industry sixteen years ago, Jerry Boutcher has presided over more than 25,000 residential settlements. Twice named the top settlement agent in the Washington area, Jerry's expertise and communication skills led him to begin presenting educational seminars to realtors in 1994.

Over the past ten years he has presented scores of seminars to thousands of real estate professionals and had his own real estate talk radio show: Jerry has moved on from Monarch Title, however, remains actively involved in the local real estate community.

Cary Melnyk

Cary has been one of the most recognized figures in the Northern Virginia real estate community since the early 1990’s. After ten years as a Manager with Aetna Life and Casualty, Cary became a Realtor in 1991. He joined Jerry Boutcher at RGS Title in 1992, and became the company’s marketing director.

He and Jerry founded MBH Settlement Group in 1994, which they grew to be the largest title company in the Washington area.

Cary’s dedication to serving Realtors, customers, and the local community is widely extolled, including his being named Northern Virginia Association of Realtor’s Affiliate of the Year, chairing and serving on several NVAR committees, and supporting local and regional environmental and arts related foundations.
